As soon as the order has been picked up by the courier we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the delivery. Orders are shipped either with UPS or with DHL (if the items are sent from outside the United States).

You can place your order online and collect it in a Valentino boutique of your choice. For further information, please see Pickup in boutique.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can request an exchange or a return of your items within 20 days from delivery following our quick and easy return procedure. You can find more information in the Returns and Refunds section.
RETURN IN BOUTIQUE
You can return your order purchased online at any Valentino boutique of your choice in your country. For further information, please see Return in boutique.
PICK UP IN BOUTIQUE
Valentino offers you the possibility to pick up the items you ordered online for free in a boutique of your choice.
At checkout, please select “Pick up in boutique” as the shipping address and choose which boutique you would like your items delivered to.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. For further information, please see Pickup in boutique.
