EXTENDED RETURNS

Enjoy extra time to exchange gifts during the festive season.

 

All orders purchased on Valentino.com or in Boutique between November 7th and December 25th, 2024, can be returned or exchanged until January 16th, 2025.

 

For orders placed after December 25th, our standard return policy applies. You can request a return for any item purchased on Valentino.com within 20 days from delivery or pick-up in boutique.

 

ONLINE RETURN

- Please complete the online Return Form within 20 days, specifying if you want to be refunded or to exchange the items

- Orders delivered by UPS can be shipped back using the pre-paid UPS return label included in the package. If your order was shipped internationally with DHL, please contact our Customer Care after filling in the Return Form to receive a printable pre-paid UPS label

- The items must be in their original condition (not worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way), with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging

- Orders picked up in boutique can be returned to the same boutique, or shipped to Valentino using the provided UPS return label

- The items must be sent from the same Country where they were delivered

- Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged

- The return package must be shipped back following the instructions provided in the "Shipping A Return" section

- Please note shipping fees are not refunded

 

Returned items will be verified before issuing a refund or shipping the exchange. Items which do not meet the guidelines described above cannot be accepted.

 

RETURN IN BOUTIQUE

You can return your online order in our selected boutiques in your Country. You will not need to fill in the Return Form, our boutique staff will handle your return directly in-store. For further information, please see Return in boutique.
