ORDER INFO

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify any of the details. If you want to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible - it may be possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been procedded by the warehouse.

     

    Once you have received your order, you can return one or more items for a full refund by following our Return Policy.

  • Is it possible to specify the delivery date and time?

    It is not possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery. The estimated delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose.

    After the package has been dispatched, you can track it from the Follow Your Order page or from My Account if you placed the order while logged in.

     

    Please make sure someone is present at the shipping address to receive the order, as the courier usually requests a signature for the delivery. The courier will leave a note with further instructions in case no-one was available at the address.

     

    If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, don't hesitate to contact us.

 

 

RETURN INFO

  • Can I choose my own return company?

    You can ship your return free of charge using the pre-paid return label included in your order. If you want to use your own return method, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment and for insuring the package in case of loss.

     

    Valentino cannot be liable for any damage, theft or loss during transport, therefore we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.

  • I filled in the Return Form but I've changed my mind. Can I modify or cancel my return request?

    We are glad you have decided to keep your purchase. You don't have to notify us if you are not sending back one or more items listed in the Return Form, or if you decide not to return the order at all.

  • Where can I check the status of the refund?

    Enter your Return Number in the Follow your Return page to see real-time updates, including if the items have been accepted and when the refund has been issued.

  • Can I return customized items?

    Please note that the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for customized items. Once the relative purchase order is sent to and accepted by Valentino, the customization may no longer be changed, no returns and/or refunds are possible and the customized items cannot be exchanged or replaced.

 

 

4GIFT

  • What is 4Gift?

    4Gift is an experience that allows you to easily gift any item from the Valentino Online Boutique. You just need the name and email address of the receiver of the gift.

  • HOW DO I SEND A 4GIFT?

    Once you have chosen the item, click on "Send a 4Gift" in the product detail page. You can either share a link, or enter the email of the person you want to send the gift to. The giftee will receive a personalised email, sent on the date selected by the organiser. You can also create a group gift by indicating how many people are contributing.

  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    The gift receiver can have the gift delivered to a home or work address, just like any order placed on the Valentino Online Boutique.

  • CAN THE GIFT RECIPIENT RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?

    If the recipient wishes to return a gift, the contributors will be refunded by 4Gift. Alternatively, the giftee could request the exchange of the same item in a different size or colour, if available within the Valentino Online Boutique.
