SUMMARY OF THE MAIN COMMERCIAL AND CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION

GENERAL INFORMATION: Products purchased on this website are sold to end consumers (hereinafter the "Customer") directly by Valentino S.p.A. ("VALENTINO"), with registered office in Italy, at Via Filippo Turati, 16/18 Milan 20121 (Italy). FINALIZING A PURCHASE: By selecting "PURCHASE" at the end of the "PROCEED TO PURCHASE" page, which summarizes purchase details, the transaction will be finalized. The Customer must check all information entered prior to finalizing the purchase and, where necessary, make any corrections by returning to the data-entry pages. Should the Customer subsequently find errors, he/she can contact Customer Services using the contact details above. The contract is binding upon acceptance of the Order by VALENTINO. This occurs when the Customer receives the email confirming the Order (the "ORDER CONFIRMATION"), which includes the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer may also request an invoice by checking the appropriate box on the order form.

PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS: The prices on the Website do not include taxes and, where applicable, VAT. Payment of the prices for Products and related shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the methods indicated on the order form (including credit or debit card, PayPal or additional payment methods indicated on the Website, including cash on delivery) and will be charged to the Customer's bank account only once the purchased products are actually shipped. For payments using the cash-on-delivery option, the price will be paid on delivery. For pre-orders, please refer to the following specific procedure.

DELIVERY AND RELATED COSTS: The Products will be delivered to the Customer at the address indicated by him/her in the Order and at the cost indicated on the Website prior to ORDER CONFIRMATION. All information on shipping options is available in this section. To receive delivery of the Products, the Customer must sign the receipt after checking that (i) the number of products corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document and (ii) the packaging is intact. Any reports regarding the integrity and completeness of the Products delivered must be addressed to VALENTINO within 7 days of delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN: In addition to the rights and remedies recognized to the Customer by applicable law, he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with VALENTINO, i.e. to return the purchased good(s), without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fifteen (15) days, starting from the day the product was received. It should be noted that the right of withdrawal also applies to Products purchased in the context of sales or promotions; however, this right is not applicable to customized Products (including those customized after purchase). In certain specific cases it is possible to request an exchange of the product, as detailed in section Right of Withdrawal in the Legal Area.

RETURN PERIOD AND METHODS: The Customer may use the Returns Form or other explicit statement of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. If he/she chooses instead to send an alternative statement of withdrawal, the burden of demonstrating correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal is upon the Customer. Valentino emails the Customer confirming receipt of the withdrawal/return request. In order for the withdrawal to be valid, it is necessary that: i) the Returns Form or other statement must be correctly filled out and sent to VALENTINO within fifteen (15) days of receiving the products, ii) the products must not have been used, worn or washed, iii) the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal, which is an integral part of the goods, iv) the products must be returned in their original packaging (the packaging must be re-sealed as received; when returning a kit, all items included must be returned), v) returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fifteen (15) days from the Customer's communication to VALENTINO of the decision to withdraw from the contract, and vi) the products must not be damaged. RETURN COSTS: The only costs for the Customer are those to return the purchased products, unless Valentino has expressly exempted the Customer from these costs at the time of purchase and on the condition that the Customer uses the shipping agent indicated by the Seller on the Returns Form. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY: It is also noted that purchased products are subject to a legal guarantee of conformity recognized by applicable local regulations. For more information, please consult the section Right of Withdrawal and Legal Guarantee.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES: Any disputes will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location where the Customer resides. Please also note that for customers residing in the European Union, the European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
