EXTENDED RETURNS

Enjoy extra time to exchange gifts during the festive season.

All orders purchased on Valentino.com or in Boutique between November 8th and December 25th, 2023, can be returned or exchanged until January 16th, 2024.

For orders placed after December 25th, our standard return policy applies.

ONLINE RETURN

- Please complete the online Return Form within 15 days

- The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging

- You have 14 days after completing the Return Form to ship the items back to Valentino with a shipping service of your choice. Please note return shipping costs cannot be refunded.

- The items must be sent from the same Country/Region where they were delivered

- Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items will be verified before issuing a refund or shipping the exchange. Items which do not meet the guidelines described in our Return Policy cannot be accepted.
