Return requests must be made via our Returns Form within 14 days of delivery or receipt at the store.
Please follow these steps to prepare for shipping.
1. please prepare the original box or a similar durable box. Please make sure that the condition of the product is the same as when you received it, including accessories and special packaging.
2. attach the prepaid Yamato Transport slip that was included in the delivery to the outside of the return box (cover or peel off the existing label). If you cannot find the return shipping slip, please contact us.
