RETURN IN BOUTIQUE

You can receive assistance with returning an order purchased online at selected Valentino boutiques within the same Country/region where the order was delivered.

Bring the items in boutique within 14 days from delivery or pick-up of the original order. We will be glad to ship the items to the Valentino warehouse for you, in order to start the return procedure. Please consider 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed once it has reached the warehouse.

Return items which do not meet the guidelines described in our Return Policy cannot be accepted. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the order. The time necessary for the refund to show in your account will depend on banking procedures and on the payment method.

Please note that Items marked as Final Sale (such as Fragrances and Customized items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

If someone is returning an order on your behalf, make sure they have:

- a copy of your ID

- a valid ID of the person who is returning

- the shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)

- this delegation letter printed and signed
