You can request an exchange or a return of your items within 14 days from delivery following our quick and easy return procedure.
You can return your order purchased online at any Valentino boutique of your choice in your country. For further information, please see Return in boutique.
PICK UP IN BOUTIQUE
Valentino offers you the possibility to pick up the items you ordered online for free in a boutique of your choice.
At checkout, please select “Pick up in boutique” as the shipping address and choose which boutique you would like your items delivered to.
