In addition to the warranty rights provided by the law, V.F.G. Canada Inc.is pleased to offer to its customers a right of return pursuant to the following terms and conditions.
The return of a product, purchased in a Valentino store managed by V.F.G. Canada Inc. in Canada, may be requested within 20 days from the date of purchase, by bringing the product with its proof of purchase to one of the following stores:
- Toronto, 3401 Dufferin Street, Yorkdale Shopping Center, Toronto, ON M6A 2T9
When exercising the return, the customer can:
1) receive a store credit equal to the amount paid for the purchase to be used only in the Valentino’s stores listed above for the purchase of products, or
2) request a refund of the amount paid for the purchase, to be made via the same means used for payment.
In case the store credit is chosen, in no circumstance may such credit be wholly or partially converted into cash following to its issuance.
The products must be returned in perfect and sellable condition, with the original packaging (including any accessories, labels, tags, maintenance instructions, seals, etc.), without any indications of having been worn except for the purpose of examining their nature, characteristics and size according to the ordinary care, free from any signs of use or dirtiness.
